Chicago

Today went to Chicago and saw some of the air show then we walked around Navy Pier and went to eat at Bubba Gumps there we met a person who was pretending to be Forest Gump which the restaraunt was made after if you don't know who that is ask your parents. Then we walked all the way back and stopped at this bean that reflects you now I am getting ready to go swimming stay posted Oh and sorry about no pics the phone won't upload them.

Suger Grove Family Fun Center

Yesterday my family went to Suger Grove Family Fun Center it was so much fun we went bummper boating, Putt Putting, and Go Kating! We were going to do water wars but it wasn't hot enough because we went at night and didn't want to get all wet although we got really wet in bummper boats we also could have done the acade but it was to late! Sorry there is no picture the computer wasn't uploading them!

Bike Ride

Sorry this should have been posted two days ago but oh well at least I got it on at some point! On Sunday we went for a bike ride to Batavia! We ate at Bulldogs the Restaurant Then we were going to go to art in your eye but got there an hour to late so we went to the park! Oh my gosh they redid it!!! It wasn't as good as the other one because they took done the sand workshop or the sand thing and the BOAT I love the boat! But this one did have some cool things too like seats you sit in and then some one pushes you and you spin and spin till you feel sick! Then we went paddle boating it was really fun and we even saw a mink! Then we got some ice cream at Batavia Creamery if you ever go there and like peanut butter and chocolate you have to try the Perfect Peanut Butter Pie it is delicious! Then we rode home and went to bed!

Basketball Camp

                                                
Yesterday, today, and Saturday I have basketball camp. It is so fun even Mrs.Wendell is there! I love the scrimage it was the best part! Our team rocks! Hope to see lots of now 6th graders on the team!

Home

I'm home just so you know and I had a great Vacation! On the way home I stopped at Iowa State. We saw where my cousin is going to school and his Frat. I want to go to  University of Iowa but if i want to be a vet I will have to go to Iowa State.

Last night I went to my other cousins house not Paige and Nicole's where I got my feathers done but the other ones! We played Pictionary man if you haven't played it it is so much fun. My two aunts were there my uncle and 3 of my cousins. It was a blast we stayed up to about midnight. It was so fun that we forgot to take a picture. Oh well. Now today we are getting ready to leave.

Badangled Dos

We have been badangled. I went to my Aunts beauty shop and got our hair done. We got feathers and silver sparkles. It is a big deal in Iowa like silly bands back home. Do you like them?

Farm

This is a picture of us holding kittens. I held thunder who loved to play and bite but loved to be cuddled. Alli held Zoe who was so sweet and not pictured is Lightning, Freckles, Enni Meanie (I think that is how you spell it), and Smokey. Also their dog Lucy.

Yesterday I went to my friend Brooke's house. She lives on a farm and has pigs, cats, cows, a dog, and crops. here are some pictures by there four-wheeler, there pigs, and holding corn gluten. Wow that gluten was sticky but was very fun to play with!

Playing around town

Then went to a friend Madison's house saw baby kittens and horses. Played poly pockets and saw more cats. She even has some kittens that are just 4 days old! We also braided there horses hair but they didn't stay still very long!
Spent the day two days ago playing with remote helicopters and volleyball in the community center

Evening Outing

Tonight I went to the Pizza Ranch for dinner. I ate much between the salad then the chicken then the pizza then the desserts. But it was so worth it. It is amost my favorite place to eat in Iowa.Then we went to Blue Bunny which is like oberwise around here but better. That is where we took the picture by the big ice cream cone. Also My friend Sidney and her sister Regan were there (not pictured). We even broke into the T.V.s control box you know like with a password. We turned it on but then we had to go! Oh well!

Lunch with Nicole

This is a picture of my cousin Nicole and us in front of her new car. She came for lunch during her lunch break at the dental office and we had Taverns yum and cream chicken yuk!

Out for a drive

We are out in the car my grandpa built and shows in parades. It is so cute and only takes up about a half of a parking space. It is my favorite thing out of all his old cars and tractors that he makes and fixes up!

Church with Kendall

today we went to Grandma and Grandpa's church and our cousin Kendall came too and did a talk about his mission work and his upcoming trip to Norway. Now  are going to hear our Aunt sing at her church service

Drive Drive Drive

We are driving to Iowa today... Only 8 hours so far... almost there!!  The pretty pink and green item is my balloon flower that we got at the mall in Iowa City.  Had to stop and get lunch and some Iowa Hawkeye gear..

Great America

I should have posted this on Friday but it was late when we got home and Saturday was just lazy and and I guess I just didn't remember but here it is. On Friday I went to Great America it was so awesome because it rained in the morning so a lot of people didn't come and then it turned out to be awesome and you barely had to wait in line for anything. If you are going to go I would recommend the roller coasters the Whizzer and the Dark Night. Even if you don't really like roller coasters like me you will like these and for water rides do the log ride,the boat ride,the pirate ride, the Raging Water tube ride (my favorite ride.) Oh and Anna and Micah have left the state! Boo Hoo! The First pic is of us on the Merry go Round. The second one is on the tea cups. The third one is us on the pirate ship (gets you very wet.)

Summer School!

Sorry I haven't been doing a very good job at updating but here is a new one! In the summer I teach summer school to my two and sometimes three students! And you want to know whats crazy they love it! But today we went on a Field trip to a spa and they got their hair braided by me and it looks really cute!The first pic. is one of them in regular school or a normal day and the second one was after there spa today and going home on the "bus"!

Laser Tag!

Tonight  (after the sad loss to Japan so sad that I will not even write about it.) we went to play laser tag at Luigi's and had pizza.

Babysitting Boot Camp

                                                            
Today from 9-3pm I went to babysitting boot camp at Delnor. It was fun and I even got this creepy baby to practice CPR with. As part of our class we got to play with the day care kids.  The ones I played with were Suni, Rani (Ron-ie), and Apollo. They we so adorable.

Friday Afternoon

After soccer camp we went out to lunch at Panda Express and then went to the Charstowne Mall. We bought some clothes and some new running shoes for me. It was a good way to spend a Friday afternoon!

Investigation & Track Meet

Tonight I had Cool Science I helped solve a case and did experiments. It was so fun I'm totally going to do it again! If that sounds like something you would want to do ask me about it and I'll give you the details! Then I went over to Alli's track meet that I was supposed to be at but decided to go to the investigation instead. But when I got there my mom wanted me to run so I borrowed my neighbors shoes and did the 800 m. run I got 2 place and my time was 03:22:23 then I did the relay my pants gave me a wedgie so I didn't run as fast. But oh well. Then we went out for ice cream and am now at home sowing more monkey clothes!

USA vs. French

This is a video of Lauren Cheney making the first goal of the game pass to by Heather O'Riley! We win 3-1 even though the French were dominating the USA! The goalie Hope Solo saved 8 shots. Soccer Camp!!!

Sorry I didn't have anything for yesterday and the day before as I was a little busy! Yesterday I was at soccer camp! It was fun and not because it is 3 1/2 hours long and hot but we did do scrimmages and played games so that makes it a little more fun and there was  people I know from my travel team there.  Then I ran in the sprinkler park to cool off!

Today: Soccer camp was a little more fun because it was only 2 hours and afterwards our coach took us to a restaurant to watch the world cup and ate pizza!!! So much fun!

1:00 1-2 Brazil ( it would have been 1-0 but the ref made two very very very bad calls)

1:10ish- USA scores!!! 2-2 both ( but as you read really should have been 2-0 USA)

1:20ish- Over time No scoring (Oh and Brazil for extra time pretended that she was so hurt so they carried her of in a strecher then she jumped off the strecher and then thankfully got a yellow card but still got what they wanted)

Church

     

I just got back from church! I helped in the little preschool class and one girl asked what was on my teeth and then called them braceys! She was so adorable! We had 15 kids and afterwards the room looked like a disaster you couldn't even walk on the carpet! Then I had to clean it up! That took forever! But oh well they're adorable!

Night Soccer

I just finished playing a hot and swetty game of soccer (well not a real game but you know what I mean with my family) We would have played longer but the Marrmion people kicked us off because they were putting down the lines/paint. Boo Hoo and my soccer shoes are now stripped white!!

On Second Thought..........

My parents will not be doing anything as I found out a few minutes ago!
But still Happy Anniversary!

Anniversary

Tonight is my parents Anniversary they don't really know what they're going to do yet but they will probably go out for dinner!

Cheer Camp

Alli had cheer camp all week.  It was a blast according to Alli.  She loved the stunts with pops and wants to do it again. Go Bull Dogs!!!!

Yesterday I ran the Batavia Windmill Festival Youth Mile.  I got 2nd overall and 1st in my age group- Boy was I surprised and felt sick at the end...
